Vision and Purpose
Our purpose
To provide a safe place for Jews and non-Jews who sense a calling to the Messianic Jewish vision—to make Israel’s final destiny a living reality.
We are God’s servants, unified around a common purpose: to serve and fulfill the agenda of the Son of David for the fullness of Israel.
Secondly, years ago, our rabbi received a prophetic nudge from the ruach that clearly revealed he and his lovely wife would bear many children, and they were to raise them in Yeshua! More specifically, the second part of our purpose is to raise up future generations of Jewish believers. While we are committed to the spiritual growth of people of all ages and life stages, we are especially focused on discipling families so that HaShem will be honored dor l’dor—from generation to generation.
About Us
We are a Messianic Synagogue in Sarasota, Florida, that runs on relational joy and chesed. We are raising up the next generation of Messianic believers. Come visit us and experience Messianic Jewish spirituality bathed in the bright light of Yeshua’s revelation!
We cultivate a joyful, family-oriented atmosphere that allows Jews and seekers to learn about Yeshua without pressure while also protecting those who have already embraced Him from assimilation and the erosion of their Jewish identity.
Many Jews are not comfortable in churches, and we want to help prevent assimilation and preserve a Jewish remnant within the body of Messiah (Romans 11:4-5).
Who we are
We are a diverse group of Jewish and non-Jewish families serious about spiritual growth and clinging to the G-d of Israel through Torah and Messianic Jewish spirituality in the context of a Messianic Jewish framework. As the Jewish wing of the body of Messiah, we are part of the Jewish community, but also partners with the Christian church in the advancement of the good news.
While controversial to some, our synagogue ministry lives at the intersection of Judaism and Christianity. Why don’t we choose a side? We focus on our commonalities instead of our differences since we have much to learn from each other. We are not claiming to be a traditional form of Judaism, but we are a legit Judaism! Come and see for yourself.
What makes us unique?
We are Jewish and non-Jewish believers who wish to restore the name of Yeshua to the legacy that his rightfully his. Whether you are a fan or not, it is hard to argue with the fact that Yeshua of Nazareth was and still is the most influential Jew that ever lived. Many great rabbis have made momentous contributions to the Jewish world, but who can complete with Yeshua internationally when it comes to turning the nations toward the G-d of Israel? “And nations shall come to your light, kings to the brightness of your rising (Isaiah 60:3, ESV).”
